HXR330 Z-axis MEMS Gyroscope

HXR330 is a high-performance Z-axis angular rate sensor (gyroscope). Supports ± 100°/s full scale output performance and zero bias instability below 0.1°/hr. The output angular rate data is in 24-bit binary complement format and can be accessed through the SPI digital compatibility interface.
HXR330 can achieve accurate angular rate measurement in high vibration environments, suitable for applications such as inertial navigation, attitude measurement, and platform stability control.
