HXA315 is an industrial grade 3-axis MEMS accelerometer that supports user configured ranges (± 2g, ± 8g). The output acceleration data is in 20 bit binary complement format and can be accessed through SPI digital compatible interface. HXA315 can achieve accurate acceleration measurement under complex working conditions, suitable for industrial applications such as inclination measurement, deformation monitoring, vibration monitoring, etc.
